<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a slug stripped from a band like body from clogging a passageway by arranging a slug stripper to an opening upper end part of a die set, a slug support means to a passageway communicating to an opening and a recessed part into which a slug stripper tip advances in a punch. CONSTITUTION: A punch 11 descends, blanks slug from a band like body and is inserted into a die opening part. At this time, by slightly moving a slug stripper leftward with engaging with a triangular protrusion inclined tip of the slug stripper, the slug is advanced into a die opening part. Next, the slug stripper is returned by action of a spring 76 and is advanced into a V shape slot 15 of a tip 61 of the punch 11. Accordingly, in the case the slug is stuck to a punch tip 13, the slug is removed by a lower side 62 of the tip 61 and remains in the die opening part. By repeating the action, the slug is orderly stacked in a passageway 82 by a first/second slug support bars 78, 80 and is not clogged.</p> |
