PURPOSE: To uniformize a flow of a fluid form a pump to a brake by connecting a partition chamber arranged in a return pipeline without being regulated irrespective of a position of a control valve, opening a reservoir to the atmospheric air, and communicating it with an operation chamber when a master cylinder does not operate. CONSTITUTION: When a brake pedal 4 is stepped on, a pressure formed in a master cylinder 2 is transmitted to wheel brakes 10, 11 through brake pipelines 7, 8 or pipelines 7, 9. When a wheel is almost locked, a pump 16 is driven, an outlet valve 14 is operated, and a pressure fluid flows into a reservoir 15 from the brake pipelines through a throttle 19 when a return pipe 13 is opened. A differential pressure is formed between the throttle 19 and partition chambers 21, 22, an operation piston 20 is moved to the right, and a pressure fluid from the brake 10 returns into the reservoir 15 through the return pipeline 13. Since the pump 16 receives atmospheric pressure from the reservoir 15 at all times, a discharge amount of the pump 16 becomes constant.
