PURPOSE:To return a Japanese sentence in which a line feed is forcedly inserted into the middle of one sentence in order to shape the sentence so that the number of characters in one line can be arranged to the articulate sentence before the sentence is shaped. CONSTITUTION:When a shaped sentence file is inputted by a sentence inputting means 1, the number of characters in one line arranged by a person who shapes the sentence is estimated by a calculating means 2. That is, the number of characters in each line in the file is checked, and the number of characters which appears the most often among the number of characters in each line is used as the reference number of characters in one line of the sentence. In a processing judging means 3, when the rate of the number of lines having the number of characters in one line which appears the most often to the checked number of entire lines is less than a preliminarily designated rate, a processing is not operated. A line feed code delete judging means 4 judges whether the final line feed code of each line is inserted in order to arrange the number of characters in one line, or the final line feed code of each line indicates the end of one sentence, and deletes the line feed code inserted for shaping the sentence. |
