PURPOSE:To surely insulate an output part by detecting a deviation from a prescribed impedance in a state that the output part remains held in a non- ground state. CONSTITUTION:In the electric surgical operation device, high frequency output power is amplified by an amplifier 12, the high frequency output power amplified by the amplifier is boosted by an output transformer 16, and the high frequency output power boosted by the output transformer is given to an output part 22. Subsequently, in a state that the output part 22 remains held in a non-ground state, a variation of the load impedance of the output part is detected by a detector as a deviation from the prescribed impedance without coming into contact with the output part. This detector is provided with a deviation detection voltage generating device 34, a comparison voltage generating device 40, and the comparison impedance 42. Also, the deviation detection voltage generating device 34 is constituted of a differential coil, and moreover, the comparison voltage generating device 40 is constituted of a tertially winding of the output transformer 16. |
