The box for the storage and transport of goods is made from sheet metal. The upper edges of the box walls are bent outwards and downwards to form a rounded edge (8) which also reinforces the walls. The side and end walls all slope inwards in the upward direction. The box is mounted on two parallel beams (12). The length of each beam is less than the inside length of the box at its upper edge. The distance between the outside faces of the beams is slightly less than the inside width of the box at its upper edge. USE/ADVANTAGE - The boxes can be stacked one upon another.
