A circulating water heater with a copper heat exchanger for domestic hot water has a flow pipe (7) equipped with a thermometer connecting it to a floor heating system. A return pipe (6) equipped with a pump (5) leads back to the heat exchanger (4). A three way valve (14) is installed between the pump (5) and the exchanger (4), to which there is a connecting pipe (15) to the flow (7). A thermostatically controlled three way valve (12) is fitted between the junction of the connecting pipe (15) and the connection to the exchanger. A return pipe (13) for the flow pump. USE/ADVANTAGE - Avoids a build up of condensation.
