摘要 PURPOSE:To enable accurate analysis, by mounting a monitor apparatus wherein a pulse signal corresponding to the size of a red corpuscle is accumulated with respect to the definite number of red corpuscles while the average value of the sizes of the red corpuscles is calculated at said time and an alarm is issued when the deviation thereof exceeds a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:An automatic blood analytical apparatus equipped with a monitor apparatus 19, which is constituted of a second integrator circuit 21 for inputting the signal from a red corpuscle detecting part 1 for measuring the size of a red corpuscle electrically or optically to emit a pulse signal to accumulate the signal corresponding to the size of the red corpuscle, a memory circuit 24 for storing the integration result of the circuit after predetermined number of times, a control circuit 23 for allowing the integration result of the circuit 24 to output at every count-up of predetermined number of times to calculate an average red corpuscle volume by dividing said output by the predetermined number of times and a comparator judge circuit 24 for comparcing the value from the circuit 23 with a normal average value and issueing an alarm when the deviation thereof exceeds a predetermined value, is obtained. By this apparatus, an accurate average red corpuscle volume is measured and abnormality is detected to prevent an erroneous diagnosis of a disease.
