The supporting wall has a large number of concrete transverse supporting members, on which the wall-sections are mounted. These members consist of plate-shaped supporting ribs (2a), whose side faces are large compared with their base ones, and which are firmly secured in the ground. They can be fixed in mating slit trenches previously prepared, after which wall-sections (3a) are placed on them, mineral textile material being laid between the sections and the earth. ADVANTAGE - Simplicity and low cost of installation.
