METHOD OF FLUORESCENT MATERIAL PASTE IN FLUORESCENT DISPLAY TUBE

The fluorescent paste is produced by (a) uniformly dissolving 1.0- 10.0 wt.% nitrocellulose in 99.0-90.0 wt.% butylcarbitol acetate (BCA) at 75±5 deg. C kept by the water bath (4), (b) cooling the above solution to the room temperature and leaving it in the air for 24 hrs. to give a binder for the fluorescent paste, and (c) agitatingly mixing 10.0-90.0 wt.% fluorescent powder with 90.0- 10.0 wt.% binder in a ball mill for 48 hrs.
