<p>PURPOSE:To enable flexible and easy monitoring in a wide range of a golf course, etc., using a sky monitoring device by carrying a floating trajectory structure in which gas lighter than air is filled with a propeller and a small video camera so that monitoring and recording can be made through a ground monitor. CONSTITUTION:A balloon 1 in which helium gas is filled is carried with a propeller 3, a TV camera 5, a wind-direction & speed sensor 2 and a camera operation base 4, the operation base 4 and a ground monitor connected together via a transmission feed cord 6. In this way, the balloon 1 connected to the ground via the cord 6 has no trouble to be blown off, and moves in a wide range using the propeller 3 to take pictures through the TV camera 4 and send them to the ground monitor. It is thus possible to make flexible and easy monitoring in a wide range.</p> |
