PURPOSE:To simplify the change of data constant, etc., by providing non- numerical data with an operand address in data of a binary floating print expression format. CONSTITUTION:In non-numerical data 10 of a binary floating point expression format, a code part (s) is undefined, an exponential part (e) is set to the maximum exponential value (all '1'), and as for a mantissa (f), '0' is provided on the head, and subsequently, a flag is provided, and thereafter, an operand address is set. An operand address extracting means 13 extracts an operand address from an operand store means 11, and a fetch means 15 executes an access to a memory 14, based on its operand address and fetches data from the corresponding address. Accordingly, in the case of executing the same processing by changing the contents of a constant, etc., on the way of the processing, it will suffice by only rewriting the data of the position concerned in the memory 14 instructed by its operand address. In such a way, the change of the data of a constant, etc., can be simplified. |
