PURPOSE:To obtain the title product having adjusted air permeability, preventing fluttering during high-speed paper making by integrating specific heat bonding conjugate yarn-containing web and ground fabric by needle punching, melting periphery of conjugate yarn and bonding adjoining yarns. CONSTITUTION:Web containing conjugate yarn which consists of two kinds of resins having different melting points and forms the surface at least partially composed of a low-melting resin, as constituent yarn, is integrated with ground fabric by needle punching and the constituent yarn at the periphery of the conjugate yarn periphery of the conjugate yarn is heat bonded with the low- melting resin to give the objective product. A conjugate yarn comprising propylene as the low-melting resin and polyester as the high-melting resin is preferable as the conjugate yarn. The product is preferably obtained by mixing short fibers such as polyamide with the conjugate yarn to give web, piling ground fabric on the web, needling and heating by using only a heat cylinder to melt only the low-melting resin. |
