PURPOSE:To change easily a sweep pattern in a short time by storing the sweep pattern and a frequency data at each point of the sweep pattern at the same time and outputting a signal of the frequency based on the frequency data so as to have only to rewrite the content of the storage circuit. CONSTITUTION:A frequency data is written in a storage circuit 51 via a data input circuit 53 and a location storing a data is controlled by an address counter 52. The frequency data written in the storage circuit 51 is read sequentially by the control of the address counter 52 and inputted to an output circuit 6 via a time switch 71. Thus, the sweep pattern and the frequency data at each point of the sweep pattern are stored at the same time in the storage circuit 51 and the sweep pattern is changed by having only to rewrite the content of the storage circuit 51 via the data input circuit 53. The sweep speed is changed freely by operating the set time of the time switch 71 operated by a timer start signal outputted from a control circuit 72. |
