PURPOSE:To provide stable differential limit torque by a method wherein a second cam part geared with a first cam part is provided, and torque is freely set in a way that division into a drive gear engaged with a clutch disc and a drive gear axially movably spline-engaged with an axle is made. CONSTITUTION:A first cam part 5a approximately in a V-shape is formed to a thick section part 5c on the outer size side of a gear part 5b of a side gear 5, and a second cam part 7a approximately in a V-shape engaged with the first cam part 5a is formed on the outer size side of a second drive gear 7. A spline 4b on the inner size side engaged with a spline formed in an axle 6 on the inner size side is formed to a first drive gear 4, and a spline 4c on the outer size engaged with a spline 7d of the second drive gear 7 is formed on the outer size side. The axle 6, the first drive gear 4, and the second drive gear are axially slidably spline-coupled with each other. A side gear 5 is placed in a floating manner on a boss part 4a of the first drive gear 4.
