PURPOSE:To notify exact waiting time to a customer corresponding to the item of an order and to improve service by inputting and storing order time, cook and time and distribution end time corresponding to the item of the order. CONSTITUTION:When the distribution end time is recorded, a controller 3 sends out an identification code time is recorded, a controller 3 sends out an identification code corresponding to the item, cook start time, cook end time and distribution end time, which are stored in an order time management table 31a, through an interface 33 to a POS terminal 6. The POS terminal 6 calculates the cooking time and waiting time of the customer from the cook start time, cook end time and distribution end time and sends out a calculated results to a data processor 7 on the back. In the data processor 7 at the back, the management or analysis of the cooking time or waiting time of the customer is executed and a processing is executed so as to display the time as current waiting time through a display or an IC card to IC card terminals 1a-1n. Thus, the service can be improved by notifying the almost real exact waiting time to the customer corresponding to the order item of the customer. |
