The method is applied in the confectionery and sugar processing industry. Filler mass with variable consistency and structure is spread onto the surface of the waffle sheet. According to the method, the filler mass is fed under pressure 0.02 - 0.1 MPa and then the covered waffle sheet is subjected to mechanical action - vibration at a frequency of 20 - 45 Hz with an amplitude of 0.02 - 0.5 mm.
