The invention concerns a universal safety female socket outlet for the connection of a number of plugs, which female socket outlet comprises a base block 1 which comprises two receiving slots 11, 13 on both transverse sides for taking two conductive frames 2, earthing slot 12 in the centre for taking an earthing frame 3, a distribution plate 4 mounted on the base block 1 to enclose the conductive frames 2 and the earth lead frame 3, and an upper cover 5 which covers the distribution plate 4 and is permanently fixed to the base block 1 by the heat-sealing method to form a female socket outlet unit for connection to a frame panel which consists of locking devices and stops to support the female socket outlet when the female socket outlet unit is mounted upon it. <IMAGE>
