The building material board is produced by the drying and crushing the wahste material into 180 mesh, mixing 60-40 wt.% plastic and 40-60 wt.% waste powder with pigment, and press-moulding the mixt. at 180-240 deg.C. The waste material is obtained in limestone slaking process for producing soda ash by solvay method. The building material has a high strength and hardness and, a good refractory and insulating property.
