PURPOSE:To hardly flaw the surface on which light for recording and reproducing is made incident, to substantially prevent electrification and to obviate the generation of mildew even under a high humidity by incorporating a mildewproofing agent into an org. resin protective layer. CONSTITUTION:There is a recording layer formed on one surface of a transparent substrate and there is the org. resin protective layer on the other surface of the transparent substrate which is the side where the light for recording and reproducing is made incident. The mildewproofing agent is incorporated into the org. resin protective layer. Since the surface on which the light for recording and reproducing is made incident is coated with the org. resin protective layer in such a manner, the surface is resistant to flawing and since the mildewproofing agent is incorporated into the org. resin protective layer, the generation of mildew is lessened and further, the electrification is substantially prevented. |
