The HF-circuit dielectric resonator uses a substrate of high dielectric constant, on whose upper side the resonator is attached via a distance piece. The resonator and distance piece are finished from a single monolithic piece, and the distance piece is rotation-symmetric to the resonator axis. The external diameter of the distance piece is smaller than that of the resonator, pref. 0.7 times. The formed distance element may be long compared to the diameter, serving as positioning and holding element. An external threading may be provided. ADVANTAGE - Single material increases Q and reduces cost.
