PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a quick return mirror by moving an imaging device between a 1st position and a 2nd position so as to apply pickup and focus detection. CONSTITUTION:A CCD 14 is arranged at the outside of a pickup luminous flux path. Thus, the light from an object made incident through the lens 11 is formed again to an image forming face 21 via a field lens 16, a mirror 17, a relay lens 19 and a mirror 20. As a result, the image is monitored through a lope lens 22. With a release switch 35 closed, a system controller 33 drives a drive a diaphragm 12 via a drive mechanism 13, sets the calculated aperture As, controls a shift device 15 to move the CCD 14 arranged so far at the outside of the luminous flux path of the lens 11 into the luminous flux path, a spindle motor 30 is driven through a spindle servo circuit 32 to drive a magnetic disk 29. |
