PURPOSE: To remove liquid from a test zone rapidly, uniformly and by itself by constituting of an acceptor having open bottom and a porous structure fixed to the acceptor and placed over the open bottom. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic instrument is simply arranged over an open end of a tube (acceptor), for example. This structure is made of nonfabric structure of fiber which is capable of wetting with liquid, and has high liquid absorption and low liquid (water) affinity for amidegroup-containing material, especially for protein material (compound containing peptide bond). This fiber is formed with thermally plastic polyolefin blended with surface-active agent (carboxylic acid monomer). The fiber is also microfiber with average diameter range of 0.5 to 20μm and the structure is fine porous matter. The porous structure has nonpeculiar bond of amidegroup-containing material of about 30μg or less per 1cm<3> of structure by measuring by sintering protein bond analyzing method.
