PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having improved mechanical characteristics such as impact strength without damaging excellent characteristics due to a cyclic olefin random copolymer, comprising a specific cyclic olefin random copolymer, graft copolymer and amino group-containing compound in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) A cyclic olefin random copolymer which consists of an ethylene component unit and a component unit derived from a cyclic olefin shown by formula I and/or formula II (m and n are 0 or positive integer; 1 is >=3; R<1> to R<10> are atom or group of a group consisting of H, halogen and hydrocarbon) and has 0.05-10dl/g [nu] intrinsic viscosity in 130 deg.C decalin is blended with (B) a graft copolymer (e.g. one having 0.1-20,000kg/cm<2> modulus in tension) of unsaturated carboxylic acid and derivative thereof in the ratio of (99:1)-(1:99) (weight ratio) and (C) 0.1-10 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. component B) amino group-containing compound to give the aimed composition. |
