An inorganic coating agent composition comprises 3-7 wt.% silica (SiO2) and 8-13 wt.% titanium oxide (TiO2) as a heat- resistace aggregate, 19-23 wt.% zinc oxide (ZnO) as a hardening agent, and 34-38 wt.% sodium silicte as a binder. The coating agent has a good durability, heat-resistance and water-resistance.
