PURPOSE:To prevent the disk volume from being oppressed by extracting a file which is not brought to access extending over a long period exceeding a prescribed period determined in advance, specifying an erasion right holding person from file corresponding access right information, and informing it by a mail. CONSTITUTION:Unless an access is executed exceeding a set period, a file corresponding access right information obtaining means 4 is activated, and file corresponding access right information is obtained from file corresponding access right information 2. Subsequently, a file holding person is specified, a holder (user) of a file which is not brought to access exceeding a set period is specified, a mail means 6 is activated, and a message of a non-access file name and a warning sentence is sent out to user corresponding mail boxes 71, 72. In such a way, it does not occur that a space of a disk volume is oppressed.
