PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of connecting place of a lead wire and lower of workability of winding work by winding the lead wire with the predetermined turns, and thereafter, deforming the inner diameter part so as to project toward the outer diameter part side at the predetermined curvature. CONSTITUTION:A superconducting lead wire 2 is wound to the Z axial direction with the predetermined turns, and at this stage, the outer diameter part 1b is wound so as to project at the predetermined curvature, and the inner diameter part 1a is wound so as to project toward the opposite direction of the outer diameter part 1b. At this winding time, a stiffening plate is placed inside of the inner diameter part 1a, and the inner diameter part 1a is wound along this stiffening plate. Thereafter, the stiffening plate is removed and the inner diameter part 1a is pushed from the end to be deformed so that it projects toward the direction as same as the outer diameter part 1b along the previous layer at the predetermined curvature. After pushing, the insulating material is inserted into a clearance 4 generated in one end 1c of the coil. The deterioration of performance caused by the increase of connecting place of the lead wire 2 is eliminated, and cost rising of the coil by the lower of workability of winding work is prevented. |
