Device for packaging fluid products, comprising, associated with a container 1 with an externally threaded neck 3, a screw cap 4 fitting over the neck of the container. The cap 4 has a transverse partition 8 whose central section is conformed as a perforable membrane 9, a first skirt 10 with an internal thread protruding downwards over this partition, and a second skirt 11 protruding upwards over this partition. A perforator 5 comprising an end wall, a rod 13 protruding downwards over this wall and a seal 6 is attached to the upper part of the cap in such a way that the perforator delimits, with the skirt 11 and the partition 8, a compartment 22 enclosing a fluid 23 and that the rod 13 is aligned with the membrane 9. Detachable spacing means 18 are provided between the perforator 5 and the cap 4 in order to prevent the perforation of the membrane by the rod as long as the spacing means are in position.
