PRODUCTION OF PERBASIC ALKALI EARTH METAL SULFIDE PHENATE TYPE CLEANING AGENT

摘要

PURPOSE:To industrially and advantageously obtain the title cleaning agent having high acid neutralizing ability and excellent oil soluble property and stability, etc., and suitable as a lubricating oil and fuel oil by carrying out metal addition and sulfidation of phenols under pressurizing and closing conditions and then carrying out CO2 treatment of the resultant reaction product. CONSTITUTION:Sulfur is added to phenols having normally 130 deg.C (preferably about 120 deg.C) melting point, dihydric alcohol and (hydro)oxide of alkali earth metal and reaction is carried out in about 2-11kg/cm<2> (preferably about 2-6kg/cm<2>) reaction pressure and closed condition to simultaneously carry out addition of metal and sulfidation. Then the reaction product is reacted with CO2 at 50-230 deg.C (preferably about 80-200 deg.C) under pressure without deairing to provide the aimed cleaning agent.
