<p>PURPOSE:To provide a multi-function by a method wherein a first tank is provided with a first hot water feeding port and a second hot water feeding port, the ports are changed over by a three-way changing-over valve and a hot water storing region for accommodating a load other than the hot water feeding is provided and a circulation port is arranged within the region. CONSTITUTION:When water within a tank is boiled up with heaters 3 and 29 and reached a certain specified temperature, their ON, OFF states are controlled by thermostats 11 and 30. In winter season requiring a heating operation, a three-way changing-over valve 17 is changed over to a connection pipe 19 and if a heating operation is carried out, a circulation pump 25 and an air blower 28 are operated, the hot water within the hot water storing region 20 is circulated and a toilet or the like can be heated. In case of applying it to the hot water feeding operation, a hot water feeding plug 10 is opened and the hot water is taken out from the upper part of a second tank 15, the hot water is taken out of a second hot water feeding port 14 of the first tank 12, the hot water for heating operation, for a load can be absolutely assured. In a season other than winter, the three-way changing-over valve 17 is changed over to the connection pipe 18, a first tank becomes a normal hot water storing tank and the entire amount of stored hot water can be used. With such an arrangement, a multi-function can be attained.</p> |
