<p>PURPOSE:To prevent creeping discharge flowing to the side of an iron core from the side of a high voltage terminal part made of resin by welding the boundary part between the high voltage terminal part made of resin and resin mold. CONSTITUTION:In a coil part 1, a winding is contained in a coil case which is formed by using a thermoplastic insulating material like a resin mold 4. A high voltage terminal part 2 made of resin is linked to a coil case by a normal method such as engagement. An insulating resin is potted in the coil case. Thereafter, the surface is covered with the resin mold 4. A terminal part 5 is provided at the low voltage part of the coil part 1. At this time, electron beam welding by which an electron beam 15 is projected from a tungsten electrode 12 is performed for the high voltage terminal part 2 made of resin and the resin mold 4 around a gap 11. Then, the resin around the gap 11 is fused and welded without gap tightly. Thus, creep discharge can be prevented positively.</p> |
