The invention relates to a tube head 2 made of plastic material comprising an outlet orifice 5 and equipped with a fluid-tight obturator 6 which can be released from the said orifice 5 after tearing a guarantee means 7 and which is then able to be replaced on the said orifice 5, characterised in that the said obturator is a stopper 6 passing through the said orifice 5 and is in one part with the head 2 to which it is connected by a sectile annular zone 7 of thickness 0.2 to 0.4 mm and closing the top of the orifice 5, this stopper 6 having an upper portion 9 whose diameter increases above the said sectile zone 7, the base 8 diameter of this portion 9 at its junction with the said zone 7 being 0.1 to 0.3 mm greater than the diameter of the said orifice 5. Tubes comprising the head of the invention are used with various types of products such as paints, maintenance products, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, hygienic and food products. <IMAGE>
