The switchgear is secured to the base of the supporting rail (7) by two lugs engaging the edges of its flanges. One lug is formed integrally on the switchgear body, and the other on a slider (6) controlled by the lever (4) working against the spring (5). One arm (4B) enters a slot in the slider (6). The other arm (4A) is angled under the cable (8) where it is clamped (2A) with a screw (2B) against an inner connector (3). ADVANTAGE - Actuator of slider can be operated safely with suitable tools, removing risk of damage during operation under tension.
