Assemblages of medicosurgical collector bags. A two-part ostomy bag has a patient accessory 2 which is stuck to the skin 3 around a stoma 4 and to which a disposable and odourless bag 1 is attached. The accessory 2 has a plate 33 with a non-adhesive front surface 39 and a positioning collar 38. The bag 1 has a wall which includes an internal layer 12A and an external layer 12B. A bendable flange 15 is fastened around an opening 5 in the wall of the bag by means of an adhesive layer 17. The exposed part of the adhesive layer 17 is used to fasten the bag 1 to the front surface 39 of the plate 33. After use, the bag 1 is removed from the accessory 2 and squeezed to expel gas. It is then folded up crosswise to the flange 15, in such a way that the adhesive layer 17 is closed upon itself. <IMAGE>
