PURPOSE:To obtain a large gain with less number of elements and to reduce noise by using a current mirror circuit as a load resistor to increase the value of the load resistor. CONSTITUTION:When an identical voltage is applied to differential input terminals 3, 4, a current flowing to a transistor TR E1 is constant, a current flowing to TRs E2, 3 is equal and a potential at connecting points 8', 9' is equal. When the potential applied to the terminal 3 is higher than the potential applied to the other terminal 4, the current flowing to the TR E2 is increased and the current flowing to the TR E3 is decreased conversely. Thus, the potential at a point 8' is decreased to reduce the current flowing to a TR E10 is reduced, the potential at the point 10 rises. As a result, the effect of increasing the current flowing to a TR D5' and the effect of current reduction flowing to the TR E3 are multiplied together, the potential rise at a point 9' is emphasized and the result is outputted from a terminal 5. |
