摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable a capacitor high in electrostatic capacity to be built in a composite circuit substrate by a method wherein an insulator layer which is excellent in high frequency insulating properties and whose main components are MgO, SiO2, and CaO a dielectric layer which is high in dielectric constant and whose main component is barium titanate(BaTiO3) are burned at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Insulator layers pinching a capacitor section, which makes a ceramic whose main component is barium titanate(BaTiO3) serve as a dielectric layer, between them are formed on insulator whose main components are magnesia(MgO), silica(SiO2), and calcia(CaO) defined by a range surrounded with points A-E shown in a figure. Therefore, the insulator material and the dielectric material can be burned into an integral structure at a temperature of 1240-1340 deg.C that the dielectric material of barium titanate(BaTiO2) is sintered. By this setup, the thermal expansion of the insulator can be adjusted, so that cracks are prevented from occurring in the dielectric layer and a capacitor of high electrostatic capacity can be built in.</p>
