FLAME-RETARDING POLYMER COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a flame-retarding polymer composition improved in bondability, processability and flame retardancy by mixing an ethylene/(meth) acrylate copolymer with a specified silane-grafted modified product, a halogenous organic flame retardant and an Sb compound. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. total of 20-99 pts.wt. ethylene/(meth)acrylate copolymer (A) of a melt flow index (at 190 deg.C under a load of 2160g) of 0.1-300g/10min and a (meth)acrylate polymer unit content of 5-40wt.%, 1-40 pts.wt. silane-grafted epoxy olefin polymer (B) of an olefin polymer unit content of 60-99.5 wt.%, and 0-40 pts.wt. silane-grafted epoxy-free olefin polymer (C) of an amount of grafting of 0.5-5wt.% is mixed with 50-140 pts.wt. halogenous organic flame retardant (D) (e.g. hexabromocyclodecane) and 10-40 pts.wt. Sb compound (E) (e.g. Sb2O3).
