PURPOSE:To lessen damage of a conductor foil by forming a notch in the conductor foil in an over-hanging part. CONSTITUTION:A notch is formed in a conductor foil 4 in an over-hanging part. Since a flexible tape is largely shape-changed in the boundary 6 of the overhanging part, stress is concentrated in some degree on the notched part 5 formed in the conductor foil lead 4 when a pattern 8 formed on a rigid substrate 7 and the conductor foil 4 are connected each other, but stress concentration on the boundary 6 is moderated instead. Like this, acceptance load of the conductor foil lead 4 is made large and damage is lessened. |
