PURPOSE:To achieve the rolling state of good stability by providing a casing and a valve body freely rotable in the above casing in the control valve of the hydraulic pressure controller, and making a role of the rotary valve to control the stream of working fluid by the relative motion of the casing and the valve element. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic pressure cylinder of a rolling machine 40, the control valve 45 which controls the motion of the above hydraulic pressure cylinder, a hydraulic source 44 which supplies the working liquid of high pressure to this control valve and the controller 48 which gives the control command to the control valve are provided. The casing 2, 3 and the valve body 1 which is able to rotate freely against the above casing are set in the valve part of the control valve and therefore by rotating, moving this valve body relatively against the casing and changing the opening area of the control orifice, the rotary valve controls flow of the working liquid. In such a way, even if the mechanical disturbance from the outside, vibration and shocks, etc., are acted, the valve part position of the control valve is difficult to be moved, the resisting force to make the operation worse is also difficult to be occurred, and therefore the rolling state of strong anti external disturbance and of good stability if able to be kept. |
