PURPOSE:To reduce the number of display lamps and to obtain an inexpensive and easily observable ID deciding device by providing the device with a display part having a pair of OK and NG lamps for displaying an ID decision result, and only when ID decision other than ten-key operation is OK, displaying the ID decision result based upon the ten-key operation differently from a lighting format based upon the other ID deciding means. CONSTITUTION:A reader head part 1a, a display part 1b for lighting up ID decision OK or NG and a ten-key part 1c are arranged on the surface part of a card reader 1. On the other hand, a CPU 1d, a ROM 1e for storing a program or the like, a RAM if 1f for storing collating data or the like, an I/O interface 1g for controlling an electric lock 2a, a clock 1h, etc., are included as internal constitution and the CPU 1d collates input data inputted by the reader head 1a and the ten-key 1c with previously registered data to execute ID decision. Only when ID decision based upon the means other than the ten-key operation is OK, the ID decision result based upon the ten-key operation is displayed differently from the lighting format based upon the other ID decision result. Since it is unnecessary to prepare plural display parts corresponding to different DI deciding means, an inexpensive and easily observable device can be obtained. |
