LIQUID CONTROL NOZZLE STRUCTURE FOR DISTRIBUTION OF LIQUID

PURPOSE: To minimize the quantity of liquid remaining on the outer surface after suction while suppressing perfusion error during distribution by providing a second surface extending from the first surface of a liquid encapsulation wall to the end of a nozzle and providing an annular step land thereon. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 50 defines a bottom surface 30 along with a wall surface 52 surrounding a passage 54. The surface 30 is continuous to a surface 62 inclining at an angleαand the nozzle has lands 64, 66 defining an inclining surface along with a series of annular step lands. When a container is taken out from a liquid supply source, a liquid sheath remaining on the outside of the nozzle 50 captures and crushes these structures. This structure minimizes the quantity of the liquid remaining on the outer surface while suppressing perfusion.
