PURPOSE:To obtain proper developability and to prevent staining at the time of using as a printing plate by incorporating a polymer compound having photocross-linkable groups and functional groups having P-OH bonds. CONSTITUTION:The polymer compound to be used has the photocross-linkable groups and the functional groups having the P-OH bond, and it can be obtained by using a low molecular compound having one or more polymerizable unsaturated bonds and one or more photocross-linkable groups, and a low molecular compound having the functional group having one or more unsaturated bonds and one or more P-OH bonds, and polymerizing them with a polymerization initiator in a solvent, thus permitting proper developability to be obtained by using the photocross-linkable polymer compound superior in solubility in alkali, and the obtained planographic printing plate to prevent occurrence of stains on nonimage parts at the time of printing. |
