摘要 The method of measurement of the refraction index of liquids in the flow differential refractometer for liquid chromatography concerns the fact that the axial deflection of the light ray is determined from the distribution of luminous intensities on individual photodiodes of the diode-array detector, which is formed by the pole of the miniature photodiodes being placed between one another. The device for the measurement of the refraction index of liquids consists of the flow differential refractometer for the liquid chromatography of the reflective or deflective design, is based upon the fact that a planar sensor with the pole of the miniature photodiodes is placed behind the cell in the optical path of the light ray, while the plane of the radial deflection is perpendicular to the plane of the planar sensor and it intersects all the diodes of the sensor. The method and device serves according to the invention as a detector during the liquid chromatography and enables the automatic analysis when measuring the composition of the mobile phase.<IMAGE>
