PURPOSE:To obtain the toner with which sharp images having no fogging are obtainable and which has durable stability by incorporating specific polyester, triphenyl methane dye or the laked pigment thereof, fine powder of positive chargeable silica, and magnetic material into the toner. CONSTITUTION:This toner contains the polyester having <=1.7KOHmg/g acid and <=20KOHmg/g hydroxyl value as a binder resin, contains the triphenyl methane dye or the laked pigment thereof as a positive charge control agent and contains the positive chargeable silica and magnetic material. The glass transition point of the polyester is preferably in a 50 to 70 deg.C range and the softening temp. is in an 80 to 140 deg.C range. The toner which can form the sharp images having no fogging and has the durable stability is obtd. in this way. |
