Axis of mould cavity corresp to rotary shaft to the disc wheel is made vertical, and melt is injected in the axial direction from below to make disc wheel moulding. Indjection speed when melt arrives at the inlet of the cavity is low, and the injection speed when the melt passes from disc wheel hub part of the cavity and disc corresp part and when it passes over the rim corresp part is slower than gas drawing capacity of the gas vent device provided at ebb of rim. After the melt passes over considerable portion of the rim part, valve close signal is given to the gas vent device to close the valve to continue the injection, to complete filling of melt to cavity.
