The cutter (10) comprises a frame (11) and therein a transfer screw (13) for the detached snow and/or ice material. The equipment further comprises a cutter drum (12) placed at the proximity of the transfer screw (13) as well as, mounted on said drum, tools (12a) that detach snow and ice.
