<p>The invention relates to safety devices in the maritime field, and more particularly to a luminous buoy for marking in the dark, at sea, in a lake or in a river. This buoy is of the type formed by a casing (1) in the form of a shell, inside which is housed a supply battery (6) for a lighting element (3). This element (3) is situated at the centre of a reflective mirror (4), beneath a transparent dome (5) which covers the top part of the said shell (1). The supply circuit of the lighting element (3) is closed automatically by the aquatic medium by means of two electrodes (7, 8). According to the invention, the buoy comprises a lighting element consisting of a LED light-emitting diode (3) and, placed in between the said lighting element (3) and the supply battery (6), an electrical resistor (9) adapted to the circuit and making it possible to increase the operational independence of the buoy. <IMAGE></p> |
