PURPOSE:To contrive to improve efficiency of works for putting a batten- provided base board on a bed by making granular bodies layer provided at the inside of the bed of a vacuum hot pressure bonding machine sustain the reverse face of the base board with the battens embedded in the layer, and by bonding adhesive sheets by pressure bonding to the surface of the base board. CONSTITUTION:Fluid granular bodies 3 in grain size of 3-5mm made of glass beads in specific gravity similar to aluminium are laid over a container mold- carrying bed 2 of a vacuum hot pressure bonding machine 1. Then battens of a base board 4 are embedded into the layer of the laid granular bodies 3 making the surface of the granular bodies 3 sustain the reverse face of the base board 4. Sign sheets 8 on the base board 4 are then pressed with a diaphragm 9 and pressure bonding is made thereto with thermal reactive adhesive heated by incandescent lamps 10. Thereby laborsaving can te realized eliminating conventional works for providing a deck with spacers placed over the bed 2 in accordance with the battens of the base board 4 and, at the same time, volume of air-drawing of the vacuum pump decreases, resulting in reduction of time for pressure bonding. |
