摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a molded form with excellent performance without voids by a method wherein, at the time when a fiber-reinforced resin material is made to closely adhere on the mold surface by applying inner pressure onto a rubbery hollow body, a vacuum pressure is charged into the molded form. CONSTITUTION:An upper and lower mods 1, 2 are heated previously, and the upper mold 1 is made being in the upwardly opened state. On the other hand, a cylindrical fiber reinforced resin material 20 is covered around a rubber hollow body 6 such as a rubber tube or the like, and the fiber reinforced resin material 20 covered around the rubber hollow body is set on the molding surface 2a of the lower mold 2. Following this, the upper mold 1 is descended in order to be engaged with the lower mold 2. In this state, compressed air is supplied, and then pressed, in the rubber hollow body 6, and thus the fiber reinforced resin material 20 is pressed and close-contacted with respect to the molding surfaces 1a, 2a. At the same time, the molded space of the molding surfaces 1a, 2a is sucked through loads of the vacuum pressure via a communicating hole 4, and the air on the inner part and surface of the fiber reinforced resin material 20 is also sucked, and then removed outward via a gap and the communicating hole 4, and the heat-hardening of the resin is carried out while keeping the vacuum state.
