The invention relates to a device making it possible to display the two mandatory licence discs according to the standards defined by law, and facilitating use for the driver. Moreover, by means of its 6 mm edge over the upper rounded part, it makes it possible to recover the licence holder after destruction of the windscreen. This invention consists of two cavities. On the front is the lower cavity, which accommodates the motor insurance disc. On the back, the upper part comprises the second rounded cavity with its edge.
