PURPOSE:To miniaturize the title device and improve the positioning accuray of a coil by a method wherein the title device is provided with a yoke, formed of the silicon steel powder of extremely fine particles coated with synthetic resin and provided with a salient pole, penetrated through the inner diameter of the coil and opposed to a magnet. CONSTITUTION:A yoke 7 is formed of fine granular silicon steel powder 9, on the surface of which the coating of synthetic resin 10 is applied, and the yoke 7 is molded integrally with a salient pole 7a through integral molding employing silicon steel powder 9 coated with the synthetic resin 10 while the salient pole 7a is formed on a flat plate so as to cope with the configuration of the inner diametral hole 8a of a coil 8. The salient pole 7a is opposed to a magnet 6 with a gap (d3) while both of them are connected magnetically. The coil 8 is inserted into and bonded to the salient pole 7a. According to this method, the positioning and fixing of the coil 8 may be effected and a motor may be miniaturized. |
